Club Mirage in downtown Richmond was the place to be, and was turned up to the max. There were so many people, the Fire Marshall would shut it down if they came through. It was the perfect club for Monisha’s homecoming. Rich Homie Quan’s “My Niggas” was blaring and everybody up in the joint was reciting the words. Hood chicks were either grinding on a dude on grinding by themselves. Any dude that wasn’t attached to a fat ass was dapping up their niggas that was there along with them in honor of the songs’ lyrics. All four bars in the two story club were flooded with people begging for service. Adrina, Monisha, and Chloe made their way to the VIP section. With them charging two balls apiece to get in, only ballers were up in there. Chloe pleaded with Adrina to let her come along. She wanted to be front and center to physically experience a night in the life of Adrina Simms. Being in a club full of Black people excited her, Chloe felt energetically stimulated by the music; her face glowed with enthusiasm.

Adrina wore her red mini dress she’d bought earlier and laced her pretty pedicured feet with Guiseppe Zanotti sequin embellished T-strap sandals. She cradled a sequined clutch in her delicate hand. Monisha had on black and beige Jeanie pants, a black sequined tank top, and wore a pair of Adrina’s new Louboutins. Chloe had on a tight black mini skirt joined with a multi-colored silk tunic with a pair of Manolo Blahnik’s; a turquoise Kate Spade convertible satchel rested on her shoulder.
